TFVCC Findhorn West Beach Annual Parking Pass Terms and Conditions

1. TFVCC Annual Parking Passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
2. Annual Parking Passes are valid for a maximum of 2 vehicles per address only. Both vehicles registrations will be associated with the one pass, but only 1 vehicle can use the pass to park in the car park at any one time.
3. An Annual Parking Pass application form needs to be completed and payment taken in full before a pass is issued. Application forms (online or paper-based) will be stored for 18 months before being securely destroyed in case of a lost or stolen pass or updating of vehicle details and so that we can contact our Annual Parking Pass holders with any updates to terms and conditions which affect them.
4. TFVCC reserves the right to review and update the parking pass fee structure and terms and conditions at any time.
5. The Pass will be a plastic fob which can go on a key ring. Lost or stolen passes can be replaced for a £10.00 administration fee. The replacement pass will be issued with the same expiry date as the original pass and for the same vehicle(s).
6. If you change your vehicle, a new pass can be issued on return of your current pass.
7. Pass miss-use – your Annual Parking Pass provides parking for the vehicle registration/s printed on the pass ONLY. Should TFVCC become aware that the pass has been given to another vehicle owner to use, the Annual Pass will be terminated and no further passes issued for the same address.
8. Purchase of an Annual Parking Pass does not guarantee availability of parking. The maximum capacity of the Findhorn West Beach car park is 85 cars and during peak times the car park may become full. Parking is on a first come first served basis.
9. Annual Parking Passes are for day-time parking only. Parking overnight is not permitted.
